By com\u00adbi\u00adning a long, suc\u00adcessful tra\u00addi\u00adtion with an eye for the new, ASC 46 has an enorm\u00adous range of offers, tasks and respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties. Around 500 vol\u00adun\u00adteer coa\u00adches look after the 11,846 mem\u00adbers (as at 31.12.2023) in the wide range of sports on offer. At the same time, the asso\u00adcia\u00adtion and its sub\u00adsi\u00addia\u00adries are now the size of a medium-sized com\u00adpany. As a spon\u00adsor, we look after around 900 vol\u00adun\u00adteers every year, run five of our own day\u00adcare cen\u00adters and are a coope\u00adra\u00adtion part\u00adner at many G\u00f6t\u00adtin\u00adgen ele\u00admen\u00adtary school with after-school groups and school sports pro\u00adgrams. All of this demons\u00adtra\u00adtes a high degree of social and poli\u00adti\u00adcal respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adlity as well as mutual trust.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u201c\u201d]The foun\u00adda\u00adtion on which the entire ASC G\u00f6t\u00adtin\u00adgen von 1846 e.V. is based is our shared values: tole\u00adrance and respect, sus\u00adtaina\u00adbi\u00adlity and respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adlity for the future, fair play and per\u00adso\u00adnal inte\u00adgrity. On this basis, a com\u00adpli\u00adance con\u00adcept and code of ethics were adopted at the Annual Gene\u00adral Mee\u00adting on April 20, 2018, which sets out our values in wri\u00adting and sum\u00adma\u00adri\u00adzes them as \u201cGene\u00adral Rules on Inte\u00adgrity in the Asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adon\u2019s Work\u201d.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u201c\u201d]The com\u00adpli\u00adance con\u00adcept sets the frame\u00adwork for day-to-day busi\u00adness ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons with regard to com\u00adpli\u00adance with laws, gui\u00adde\u00adlines, rules and obligations.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u201c1\/2\u201d][vc_column_text css=\u201c\u201d]There are indi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons of dubious decis\u00adi\u00adons or actions if one of the fol\u00adlo\u00adwing ques\u00adti\u00adons can be ans\u00adwe\u00adred with \u201cNo\u201d:\n

- Does my beha\u00advior stand up to public scru\u00adtiny? How would this appear in a news\u00adpa\u00adper report?[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u201c\u201d]If there are doubts about one\u2019s own con\u00adduct or indi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons of dubious pro\u00adces\u00adses in areas of respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adlity or func\u00adtions, this should be repor\u00adted to the rele\u00advant supe\u00adrior and, if neces\u00adsary, the com\u00adpli\u00adance offi\u00adcer.
